Fast postage, easy to deal with

My package showed up a day early and the product works flawlessly. I've already recommended it to more people.

Products arrived quickly, solid packaging as well. Great quality products, another happy customer

Cancelation with no communication. The worst experience

Great price, quickly shipped. No complaints at all. Allow me to suggest a 7-plug USB hub WITH an audio jack plug. I would like to run my JBL speakers but they don't plug-in well with my computer, for whatever reason. Thank you.

Perhaps a little better documentation. I am using mainly as a hub. I don't think the charger is needed for this application. All good thanks

Ordered 2 USB hubs. For some reason, one was cancelled & refunded. The other (USB 3.0 3 port with card reader) was shipped and arrived quickly. Solid build, works well, even with keyboard & mouse dongles.

You delivered on Saturday and Sunday when no one was working. Product was left out in the rain to get soaked. There is no way to contact you to make sure that issue does not occur.
