i bought two kits thatwere supposed to have a separate kiln rn vape for free (part of the kit). usedto sellthem for 20 bucks to peoplewho use the stuff for them to get my money back but no free ones this time and it was most pricy ever. willnot be ordering again

I have bought this product before only in store and it went well. This time however I used the online store for Atmos. I don’t trust that this items is going to show up. I’ve read many reviews after I bought the product and knew I made a bad choice. I emailed them 3 times and no reponse for 4 days. I called them more than 5 times and no one will answer . I do hope it shows up.

I received a non-working vape pen. Wanting to give them the oppurtunity to talk me through unlocking it, etc., I called their customer service no., which always "did not go through. Try again." I got a 704 number from information, which was busy all afternoon the first time, then just rang and rang the next morning, then "did not go through." Is this a scam company?

I’m not sure why I’m bothering because I’m positive you won’t read this either. I submitted a support ticket which I never heard back from, and after purchasing a product, never received a confirmation email, nor a tracking number.

Update: still haven’t received a refund. Part of my order was never delivered. Customer Service never refunded me and stopped responding. Wasn’t given any options, just silence. Honestly disappointing.
