Only wanted the glass mouthpiece but I had to get both items

Ordering was easy, my package arrived pretty quickly. After 1.5 weeks the button has quit working. **Customer service contacted me the next day. They sent a replacement device. BUT after a couple of weeks it quit working, too. When I press the button it just flashes and won't work. Was this a faulty batch of devices?

The company's recorded message on the customer service line states that Atmos does not ship to retail customers. I originally canceled my purchase with my credit card company. A later call which was answered by a representative informed me that Atmos does indeed ship to customers so we worked together to process the order. I informed the representative about the confusion caused by the recorded message.
