I love the products...everyone of them probably, but your confusing, half-broken paying system is so tedious it honestly almost made me turn away from ordering.

I ordered a 3 in one, supposed to be able to use carts,wax and leaf. It doesn't work good for leaf. Going to clean it out and see what it does with wax. It is not what I thought it was

I previously wrote a review and deleted it because the error wasn't on Atmos or the delivery service, the package was delivered however the company that received the package and will then ship it directly to me only informed 4 days after it was delivered. I should receive my package soon, when I do will post another review.

Unfortunately, that's the only shipping option available as that's the only mail carrier willing to ship any vaporizers. We do have a n option on our website if a customer order is over $59.99 they will get free shipping. We also have disocunts for our customers regularly. Please let us know if you need any help.

It is hard to believe that the cost of shipping a small vape cartridge is $25. I will not be ordering again at this price.

That is the only option available at this time, however we also have the option of free shipping on orders over $59.99. We also have continuous sales that our customers are always able to use.

The $22 rate for ground shipping took 5 days. Seems like for the price one could in shipping have at least spent $3 for USPS Priority Mail. But instead you opted for the Pony Express leaving me repeatedly checking my mail Jonesing for my package. WHAT THE ACTUAL **** are you tools doing??? I could have gone to a local vape store for my purchase and made out like a bandit - there was no actual advantage. BTW I do like my device! But the business end of your operation requires one less bong toke. Just sayin, yo.

Delay in order getting here. Was supposed to come with Glass screen,did not. After fully charging,took a while to heat up. Didn't realize no temperature setting...but works as described.
