I haven't received an email with my order number nor a shipping tracking number. I also would have liked confrontation that the image of my ID was received. I had a good experience with the easy to use website and shopping there.

My order came with a card for 2 extra filters. I completed the information on the card and never received the filters. The vac/blower is probably one of the best that I have ever used. Vacuums well and the blower feature is good for "getting in the corners"

I love the atmos boss vaporizer but this is the third one I've purchased in maybe 15 years because the heating chamber dies.

Hi! First, we would like to thank you for being a customer of Atmos. Also, we saw an email regarding this same issue, and we responded to you via email. There's no need to purchase a new device as the heating chamber is available for purchase. After about 3-4 months the heating chamber has to be replaced because of the usage, it not being cleaned after use, and the coil itself being burnt out after a period of time.

website is ok. I tried to buy R2kit advertised for $49.99 on webpage. I cart it was $59.99. Was not happy about that.

Hello, It may have been a mistake. Once you click on the option of the color you want your vaporizer, the price changes to $59.99 before adding it to the cart.

I found the website was not user friendly with very little explanation about the products. Customer service seems to not exist, after receiving my order I called twice requesting a call back with questions but never recieved a call. All the vapes needed charging and I did not have a charger to fit the delta 8 vape. Not a good experience

Also, all of our products have descriptions, ingredients, recommended usage, etc. Please also keep in mind we are a company and most times we are busy so please leave a voicemail and we will get back to you as soon as possible. The Delta 8 disposable can be charged with any regular USB charger. They are also disposables so a charger does not come with these items. Shipping prices are a huge profit center for Atmosrx. Over $20 for a 4oz product. Not paying that.

Hi, We are sorry you feel this way but we provide free shipping over a certain amount as we understand the shipping fee is costy. Please also keep in mind the shipping fee is regarding to the mail carrier not the company itsself.

Shipping process it takes to long to be delivered gives you a date than it changes to another date for the delivery fee to be over $21.00 you would expect a quicker delivery

After any order that leaves our facility, it is now in whatever mail carrier hands you choose. Depending on what option was chosen, it can take up to 3-5 business days excluding holidays. Please understand that the shipping prices are out of our control and to help our customers we do free shipping for orders over $20, and if our customers don't want that option we run deals and sales almost every other week or month. We try our best to have all orders out the same day of purchase or the next day regardless of our 48 business hours processing and handling time but once an item leaves our facility the shipping time is out of our control unless an item is lost in transit and we are able to help.
