Hi, So sorry but please keep in mind it's 24-48 business hours of processing and handling time. The order was then shipped via Fedex which takes 3-5 business days to deliver a package. Your package was delivered on the 8th of February, therefore it took 4 business days for your package to be delivered. In regards to tracking updates, we have to wait until it's scanned in order for us to see the updated tracking status. We see that you received your packages and we hope you're pleased. Hello Kris, Checking your tracking number shows your order was delivered by FedEx with picture proof which we sent to you via email. We understand it may have been frustrating, especially with the Holidays passing and most mail carriers may have been backed up with delivery.
