I purchased the gold ankle bracelet as a gift to myself for my birthday. I was very disappointed. The bracelet was not what I expected to be nor the quantity I received my package in a white sealed envelope. My bracelet was in a Ziploc bag. I was expecting at least a box which I had planned on wrapping up for myself as I stated it was a gift to myself. I plan on keeping the bracelet only because it would cost me just as much to ship it back. I will not purchase any other item again

This earrings re beautiful but are to small for my ears. I can’t wear them.

Its been a couple of weeks and still haven't received my order.

I placed my order 5/27/26 and have not received an update as to when it's shipping, if it shipped, nothing. I received my order confirmation email but that's it.

Buyer beware once again I have tried to reach out to Atma for a return label and refund. Such a horrible experience shopping with them. I'm allergic to their jewelry. I can't wear it. There customer service will reach out and contact me after I write this review. Offering to resolve the issue with my order. They bypass all the emails I've sent asking for a return label. But they will respond to the review, still not acknowledge my attempt to return the jewelry for a full refund. The last attempt they offered me 25% refund. My order was 196.00 and 25% is 49.00. I can't wear the jewelry. 49.00 was what they offered me after I wrote the last review. Seems this is the only way to get a response. Buyer beware scroll past this site. This could truly be happening to you. 49.00 offered for 196.00 I paid for. Also 15days of sending emails with few of them even responded to. Terrible Customer Service. The jewelry is unworn and still in the sealed packaging it arrived in. I wore one necklace for 2hr and started itching. Could there be Nickle in the product? I don't know cause I'm no expert. But I'm allergic to Nicole. This is stainless steel and I have never had a problem wearing stainless steel before.

I purchased a pair of earrings for $39 and when I received them, they were a fraction of the size, my seven year old granddaughter couldn’t wear them. Not a happy customer and won’t be buying again.
