Never received. Have sent 3 emails for an update. Will not order from again .

This experience represents one of the most unsatisfactory customer interactions I have encountered with an online vendor. I placed an order for a single jewelry set for my wife, yet I was billed for four sets. While all four sets were delivered, we have no requirement for multiple identical jewelry items. Following a month of unacknowledged emails regarding a return, the company finally responded, offering a 15% in-store credit for one jewelry transaction. This resolution is entirely unacceptable and reflects a significant deficiency in customer service. I would not recommend this company under any circumstances.

Asking me how I’m enjoying my jewelry when it never arrived is wild.

I am so disappointed in this company. I ordered two rings on July 25th, paid for priority shipping. I received an email that the rings were shipped out on July 27th. Guess what? The tracking is saying that the shipping info has been received but the items have yet to be shipped. I emailed the company a few days ago and have yet to receive a response. Their jewelry is so lovely. I am heartbroken that they do not seem to be doing a good job with shipping and communication. I pray to hear from them soon. 😢😢😢😢😢

I have never received my Jewlery order. I have emailed twice and have gotten no reply! So with that being said I’d rate your jewlery and customer service a negative and would not recommend!

I still haven’t received my order. I emailed twice and no one has gotten back to me. I am quite upset.

I still have not received my order of 1 ring placed on 7-17-26. I also emailed and have received nothing back. So far extremely unhappy.

My anklets not only did not look anything like what I saw on their website…they were NOT for larger ankles. I ended up giving mine to my 11 year old daughter. The anklets were a shade of gold mixed with rose gold…they just looked fake. The size was nothing like what I had been seeing in their ads on Instagram. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED!!! Will NEVER BUY AGAIN. 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼
