I still have not received my order...

The backing of one earring won’t stay closed. I reached out to the company 5 days ago, and still no reply. Very disappointing.

This company is a FRAUD in that they falsely advertise jewelry that is totally different when it arrives. I ordered what I thought were oversized initial earrings because that’s what was advertised. However I received very very small cheap looking initial earrings instead. All the jewelry is cheap looking in person and takes weeks to arrive. It is way overpriced for what you get and I would advise NEVER purchasing from this company as I never will again. I wish I could post a picture of the crap that I received but I don’t know how to do that here. Just don’t buy from this fraudulent company!

I have not received my order and it is caught in customs. No replacement has been sent yet.

If there was a zero thats what I would give them. I ordered 2 anklets in July and to Date I have NEVER RECEIVED THE JEWELERY. They emailed me asking fir review. How could I give a review for goods NEVER received. I have sent numerous emails to which I have received NO RESPONSE. I ASKED FOR A REFUND AGAIN NO RESPONSE. VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED. The least they could do is respond to the email with an explanation instead NO RESPONSE
