AtmaReviews of atmastore.com

Don't buy anything from this company what's on pictures u will not receive there scammers selling plastic jewelry and u might not even get ur order uve been warned took 2 weeks to get some plastic spirit Halloween jewelry in the mail then when I asked for my refund they said I would get full refund

I have not received the jewelry I ordered. According to the delivery update, the courier left the package on the floor in the lobby of my building, which is a high-traffic area and not a secure delivery location. I contacted Atma regarding the issue, but was informed that it is not their responsibility where the courier leaves the package. I was also advised to contact the courier directly to resolve the matter. However, this is not the standard course of action, as I am not the courier’s customer — I am Atma’s customer. As such, I believe it is Atma’s responsibility to address and resolve this matter directly with me, and then handle any issues with the courier on their end. At this point, I am out of the money I paid for the ankle bracelets and have yet to receive the items. I am requesting a resolution from Atma as soon as possible.

I never got my anklet that I ordered amd just womderi.g how can I prevent this from happening to.others. a total scam. I got a delivered email but no product

The anklets are not of the quality advertisement. I purchased 3 and I am very disappointed. The anklets are hollow and the gold ones I received don't look gold plated they look like hair store jewelry of a less quality. While shopping on the cite I decided to purchase a top anklet (size 10). Mind you I ordered all 3 anklets a size 10 and the rop doesn't even fit my friend. I purchased these as gifts and I was extremely embarrassed when she open them, because I never took the out the packages. The only one that looks somewhat decent is the silver one, however it also looks like it will break with one Shakey move. Info not recommended ordering from this cite!

This company deserves 0 stars. I ordered a necklace on 2/12/25. Not only did they take almost 2 weeks to deliver, they delivered to the wrong address and left the package on 2/24/25 outside of a closed business to be taken by anyone. After they sent picture proof to the closed WRONG address, I went to all the local businesses and no one had the package. Per their FAQ - “If your order hasn't arrived within 20 days, please contact us and we'll gladly look into it and make things right for you.” I have been asking since 2/25/25 to get a refund and they have yet to provide it. On 2/27 they said “We can escalate this issue, but our records show it was delivered to the address you provided.” I provided screen shot of correct address on the order, picture of the front closed bowling alley they left it at and picture of front UPS store they should have delivered to. All they are doing is giving the run around and on 3/12/25 had the nerve to ask me to reach out to local courier service and ask for a Non-Receipt Certificate if the order was lost or stolen. They should have done this from the beginning! This is their error, they dropped the ball. I have already spent hours going back and forth with them in an email and providing pictures of where they should have delivered. To take advantage of people who have lost someone and add more grief and unnecessary stress is disgusting and they should be ashamed of themselves! If this happened to you go FTC website and report it.

(DO NOT)! I repeat (DO NOT)! Order from this company!!!! I ordered ONE, just ONE necklace February 4th and still to this day have yet to receive the necklace nor a tracking number!!! This company is a (BIG RIPOFF) and the 5 star reviews are (FAKE)!!!!

I ordered two heart wing pendant necklace one gold color and one silver. The name I requested to be engraved is:OCEAN Receviced and the name is SO UNLEGIBLE that the"ce" looks like two "e's". Absolutely unacceptable. Going to contact Customer Service to see what they say. Not a happy customer and will not order again.

This company steals your money!!! Bought 3 necklaces that never got delivered. They say they tried to deliver but “ bad address” then supposedly tries to redeliver and say they delivered but it’s bullshit!! I asked for a refund but they just ignored me. I’m calling bullshit on this company.
