I want to return for a refund and no one is answering my 3 emails. Most of it felt like plastic. Not interested and it wasn’t what I expected. I’d like to return the entire order. The order # is 97818.

Had really high hopes but all the necklaces and bracelets are so short. They show as long on the ads but not at all. Bracelets seem cheap and the gold is more yellow 1/31/2026 Followed up with customer service per their response below and nothing in 5 days - crickets. Nothing

Received the anklets and initial pendants. After the first day I requested a return. Sent 6 email and 2 from their website. It's already been 21 days and no response from the company. Wore the anklets twice in 14 days and they're already changing color. Their 14K gold plated jewelry is a not a real thing. Charging $30+ for costume jewelry that changes color after two weeks is atrocious. Not responding to returns is egregious and this company needs to be put on full blast. We work to hard for our money and spend it to support your business only for you to not respond to customer concerns and complaints.

I ordered the angel set, which I couldn’t believe how small it was when I received it. Besides that, I ordered an extra angel keyring for my daughter who recently lost her beloved dog, Never received it, I emailed the company and still have not got a reply!

Shipping took entirely too long. I received notification that it was being shipped out and waited a long time for the product. The product is not what I expected. One of the bracelets arrived damaged and can not be worn. The other bracelets aren't as pictured. Looks cheap....won't purchase anything else from this company.
