I ordered two items. Only one has shown and I’m super disappointed with how it looks. It’s supposed to be a J and a M. You can barely make out the J. And no idea where the other item is.

Ordering was easy , getting charges to my credit card was faster, getting the order took a while and when I received the necklace it was broken . I was very disappointed at the quality of the necklace , looked very cheap. I requested a refund, they offered a store credit which I refused . I’m NOT interesting in ordering from them ever again. On last email from Nov. 9 they finally agreed to refund to my original payment. Today is Nov.16 and still no refund! Dec 8 Update: supervisor reached out and asked me to remove negative review in order to get the refund !!! Seriously? Review stays! Consumers be aware !

If I could give 0 stars I would. Ordered necklace almost a month ago. Took forever to receive. Not as described. More rose gold. Trying to return. Very little response. They say there is a threshold to be met? It’s unopened! Still waiting for answers .There is a 30 day return policy and I’m about to reach that. Horrible customer service!

It took a very long time to receive, and the item I received was completely wrong. It's too much trouble to return, and I don't want the original item now, I'm too disappointed. I am disabled and live in a remote location, so getting to the post office or courier requires driving to a different town.
