AtmaReviews of atmastore.com

I would’ve gave 0 stars but it wasn’t an option. Totally garbage, the anklet is too small and too gold looking. It look fake. It’s not worth the price at all. Do not purchase!!

First of all, I have NOT received anything! Atma is a SCAM company! I’m telling everyone DO NOT order from this site!

I received the jewelry , I am not satisfied, I thought it was smaller than what I received. I want to return them but I am having trouble speaking to someone. When this happens , it causes a person to not order anymore with this company.

I have placed an order on Nov 18..today is Dec 12 and have not received the two orders. I write to Atma and never get a normal answer. They say track the order but it never gives a delivery date. Atma keeps sending a review asking how I like my jewelry and I keep telling them I didn't receive it so how can I give a review. I would NOT recommend this company!!!!!

I wish I could give zero stars but that’s not an option. This company is a complete scam. They are based out of China and the quality of jewelry they sell is deplorable. I ordered a chunky stack of bracelets and when it arrived it looked like poor quality costume jewelry. 3 out of the 5 pieces were made of plastic. I tried to return for a refund because on their website and the email confirmation of my order said “100% Satisfaction Guaranteed and Free Returns within 30 days”. When I contacted them to return the items for a refund they told me the return would be at my expense or they would give me a full store credit or 25% refund. Like I said, they are based in China so the cost of the return was expensive plus they don’t guarantee they will accept the return until they receive it. Also there is no customer service number to call and speak to anyone. Yet another red flag. 🚩 WARNING!!!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

I purchased the "KG" Necklace pendant Order 66902....tracking #UK64909885YP NOVEMBER 20TH...track pkg said it was delivered this day December 2 NEVER RECEIVED Today December 5th STILL No Pendant...

Do not buy!!!!! They sent to the wrong address and I never heard from them. When I sent them an email 2 months later, they said I needed to pay a $8 fee to have it resent. I asked for my money back, they stated I needed to pay $8 more dollars.

I received the gold plated necklace and was able to wear it only once before it turned to a copper like color. I have not had the necklace for more than a month and only wore it once. I have written Atma to let them know twice and have NEVER received an answer.
