Hello, I placed my order on 6/12/25 with order number 76295 and today 12/23/25 I received it but the Minimal Cuban Link Necklace was too small, it doesn't work for me. I want to return the complete order for once approved to make the purchase again of these larger products I have written to you several times and I have not yet had a response from you I'm sending you a copy of my order The products are in their original packaging, I didn't even remove the protective plastic that they bring attached... I'll send you a proof photo that I didn't use them as soon as I received them Leonardo Correa

There’s a problem with a company that does not respond to your emails, I’ve been requesting an update on my order. No responses to any of my requests. Still have not received what I ordered. Would not order from this company again. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE….please note in response to below comment, I have emailed the appropriate company email address multiple times and haven’t gotten any response, sadly. Updating my review, I did receive my order today December 29th and it’s beautiful jewelry. Only wish they would have communicated to me that it was shipped and/or responded to my inquiries. So I would still give 1 star on service but 5 stars on quality of items ordered.

I ordered a gold & silver bracelet set & the quality of each one is Poorly made overall, I have been going back & forth about getting a refund & still have yet to receive it, they asked me to see pictures of the items, so they don’t know what was sent to me from their company, hopefully this review will stop someone else from making a purchase from them, I got scammed & now my will stop stop someone else from going through what I’m going through.

I recieved my order and it was damaged and it was cheap looking I recieved it on the 19th of December today is the 22nd of Dec

My order was an ankle bracelet with extenders. When trying to add the extenders to the bracelet they didn’t fit. I couldn’t close. I reached out to them and I’m still waiting on a response. I have sent at least 20 messages and they didn’t respond. I sent videos showing the issue and still no solution. I looked on BBB and they have several complaints against them. Do not do business with them.
