Very disappointed!!! The necklace is twice as small as the advertisement I ordered this for my niece who lost her baby🥲 the necklace advertised is very pretty, the one I got was very low quality and a quarter the size I expected 🥹. I waited a long time for its arrival now doubt I’ll give it as a gift at all.

I ordered my necklace about a month ago and have yet to receive it. I have not been provided any tracking info so I don’t know if it has even been shipped. I’ve made numerous attempts to reach out but have never gotten a response. They keep reaching out for a review so here it is.

Showed angel necklace with free matching keychain in a nice box I received necklace in a little plastic bag and there was no keychain I will never buy from ATMA ever again and will not recommend their products to anyone I am very unsatisfied and I could of gotten the identical necklace through Etsy at a better price.

I received my order that included earrings of which one was broken. I sent the picture and a request for another pair of earrings. I sent emails with photographs of the earring that was broken. I even answered a survey from them explaining the same thing. I have yet to receive any type of communication regarding the earring. I would not recommend them to anyone.

What went wrong you ask? How about never receiving the order! Took so long I cancelled the order. terribly disappointing. While waiting for the order, I kept receiving emails asking what would I like to order next. ATMA is (apparently - who knows?) in AL. I am in AZ. How long could an order possibly take? Phone number - 205 291-8432 - is answered by a person who is not speaking clearly, barely understandable. What gives?

I have been sending messages since I received my jewelry. The bracelets I ordered are too small I am an adult and the look like they are for little girls. I have very small wrists and they are too small. I would like to return them I am not happy with the purchase at all. And to this day nobody has responded to me.

I still hv NOT RECEIVED MY ITEMS. I ordered Dec 17. TODAY IS JAN 7. Smh then got this email talking about how do u like your order and to rate. Rate what? I never got it smh

I place an order on Dec 15 today is Jan 6 I have not received my order no one will answer phone or return email I send .
