I ordered 3 necklaces on Nov 22, 2025 and still haven't received my merchandise to this day. Tried emailing , calling a # which is a recording. Want my refund and noreply. Don't deal with this company because it's too stressful deal with them. Horrible cust-service.

The truth is I’m so unhappy with the items sent to me, the color is so off it looks fake and the material is not what was stated online etc. Im still waiting for my complete refund on all my items.
