Be very cautious! I purchased a ring and never received the item in the mail. I have made multiple attempts to contact customer service. I have still not received my jewelry or a response from the company. I was charged for the item too. I would NOT recommend! I changed to two stars because I finally received my order today! The ring is not the quality as advertised. I would not buy from them again. Ever.

Processing a return is a months-long process, as the company will not respond. The company advises to NOT send multiple emails, as it places your request at the end of the line. However, it was necessary on every communication to send at least two emails over a period of three weeks. When the return is approved, the email does not provide a return address, thus another multiple email exchange. When the address is provided, it is an address in China, despite the jewelry being shipped from a U.S.A. location. My package was a 5 x 7 mailing envelope with two sets of hoop earrings and the international mailing cost was close to $40 - over half the refund amount. My experience in the past has been that items sent to China are returned undeliverable. Thus, I bit the bullet and took the 25% refund and kept the items. It took 3-1/2 months to get this resolved.

Beautiful but Not wide ankle friendly. Does not fit.

Have purchased 2 pieces….very disappointed by the quality. have worn both for a week and neither is sparkly or shiny….look like a cheap metal dull ring and anklet. Would think twice before buying again for the money.

2 stars because the actual items appear cheaper in person than on the advertisement . I also didn't like that I couldn't choose which 2 anklets to purchase. 1 style I really like but the one that looks like a dog chain, not so much. Also, the one I like, the other side of it is kinda rough. I'm wearing it anyway and hoping it doesn't affect my skin. The clasp on the one I like is kinda cheap. Took some maneuvering to close. The one I'm wearing fits though. The other will stay in the bag. Can I exchange the other anklet for something else? Refund not necessary. Let me know. Thanks

What I ordered and what I got were not the same ring. I was so excited to finally (after 3 weeks) recieve the ring I ordered. I was so disappointed! The ring advertised on Facebook and the one I received were completely different! A nice looking ring on your Facebook post! I have pictures if you would like to see. Why not send me the correct ring.

I got the 5 piece anklet set. I was very excited to w wear it. A couple of the pieces tarnished within a week. I wore them to shower as advertised. I was very disappointed. I did email Atma and no response.

Beautiful piece but a few weeks faked color and discoloration faded, too much money wasted
