I haven't received any of my jewelry that I ordered I ordered it February 2 and today is what the 19th and I still haven't received anything

It’s not the company that went wrong, it’s just that the cross earrings I got are just too big, I’d like to return them, if at all possible.

So I placed my order for over $200 worth of merchandise, which took over a month to receive. I was VERY disappointed with the quality. I've pd $20 for a herringbone necklace from Ross that was much better quality than what I received from Atma. The gold color is too gold and the metal itself is not quality, it doesn't even look the same as the pics on the site, they make items on site look heavyweight. Trying to return the entire order was impossible, I started off with an email asking for return information and they did not comply, they returned the email with sorry's and offering me to return some of my money while stating in the email "I only have 30 days to return items" while they are waisting that time going back and forth continuing to offer me money back vs giving me the address to return for a full refund, BUYER BEWARE.

These bracelets were a waste of money. Very cheaply made. One of them broke as I was trying it on. Three different color gold.

I had the chain for two weeks and it already changed color.. very disappointed with product
