Terrible company. Never received the items I ordered and lack the ability to communicate with their customers. I’ll never order from them again.

I was not happy with the earrings. I have asked for how to return and get a refund and have not heard back. Please respond immediately.

My experience hasn't been good at all. My first issue started with a promotion i received via email but couldn't use when ordering by the time someone got back to me 10 days later I was told offer had ended go figure. Then I placed an order anyway I received the order and the clap is broke on one anklet . The hinge won't open I described this in detail send pictures and then was advised a video waa needed. No problem except the hinge won't open so there will be nothing to show on a video that cant been seen in the photo I sent this exact response and crickets haven't anything back. I guess someone will respond when its past the return window

I’m new to Atma, I love jewelry so I thought I would give it a try. I ordered the 5 silver bangles and I haven’t had them for two weeks and the balls have already turned even though I’m pretty sure I read somewhere on the website that they don’t tarnish. They are super cute but they don’t last very long so it was a waste of my money and have to be thrown in the trash. My mother wanted me to get her some bangles because she fell inlove with mine but I won’t waste my money on these again#FirstandLasttimebuyer

The ankle bracelets I ordered are way too small. I have been trying to contact someone to initiate a return/refund and no one is responding.

Even putting it in the higher second hole it doesn't even come close to be able to cuff my ear (I am tiny - 5'3", 95lbs). It's completely un-stretchable so it won't cuff that way either. It does look like I got it at Target.
