Was able to borrow a hundred dollars once and never let me borrow again, stating they couldn’t connect to my back account, horrible app, always have trouble logging in and can never get ahold of customer service

Repayment of cash advance don't line up with your payday,it use too, they are good, but customer service is HORRIBLE!!!!!!, they don't respond, they let that AI bullshit predict your direct deposit which is wrong, you can't update your payment method, my account don't honor transaction if the funds are not there, and they just debit your account with consent declined transactions because you can't update the correct date for your direct deposit

App is a scam. They will wait for you to make hundreds or even $150 on games and ban you indefinitely with no reply from support besides your account was closed don’t ask for help anymore.

I’ve used this app for several months, always taking out the 25$ advance and taking the 5$ express fee to immediately transfer it to my chime bank account. The other day I see that upon repayment of my current 30$ owed I was already approved for a 50$ advance. I paid back the 30$ and suddenly all this writing highlighted in red appears, not eligible for cash advance, my account and card aren’t valid and my ATM.com balance went from 8.31$ to 0.00$ and my identity isn’t verified. All this because I sent them a complaint saying they scammed me out of the $ I would have paid back as I always have anyway, if my card my account was not valid and how the hell did they just take $30 from it plus a $3.99 monthly membership fee. So I have taken it up with my bank and will get my money back that way stay away from this app. They are not good people. Their customer support does everything they can to make you seem to be in the wrong just because I questioned why they lied on their promise. Suddenly everything in my name on that app is no longer any good my identity isn’t verified. My banks aren’t good And my money that I had in there from playing games and doing other jobs and tasks all went to zero if the outcome of this changes, I’ll change my review otherwise I would give it no stars if possible.

I like it but it's to cluttered, and they are going through a transition at the moment with their investment accounts. It's not that unique, just the same ways to earn like other apps. Nothing makes it standout anymore since they took away the investing function and customer service hasn't been the same since they started this transition, hope they get back on track. I've cashed out $85.00 through the ATM.com app.
