Constant problems from the start. Utterly useless and ignorant support. I have no idea who the reviewers that left a 5 star review used but based on my experience, it was not Atlas VPN whose software and support were garbage.

Verliert immer wieder die VPN Verbindung, ohne dass man das mitbekommt, d.h. man surft und saugt komplett ungeschützt! Killswitch funktioniert nicht wie man das von Namen erwartet, stattdessen verliert man das Internet wenn man Atlas beendet, kann aber problemlos ungeschützt alles tun solange Atlas läuft. Mmn Schrott, und den zahl ich jetzt für eine gefühlte Ewigkeit

Some payment processors charge for the subscription renewal a couple of days in advance, just in case there are any technical issues and you wouldn't lose a day of Atlas VPN protection. However, the actual expiry date of your subscription does not change! Do not hesitate to contact our customer care at [email protected] or live chat so we could take a look at your account and explain the situation further!

Bought their service, but could not even download their APP, over 1 hour support to get it done !!!! 2-3 days later a message about new version, update the APP, that not works at all, the links to files etc. is totally wrong ! Then am i told to remove APP and reinstall it, but it can`t be removed by Windows, as the files can`t be found, even in the dicrectories named Atlasvpn etc ! Then i try to install the APP again from their homepage, same sh.. !!!! nothing works, wrong file links etc, It is a total waste of money to pay for their service

My Surfshark VPN subscription ran out so thought I'd try a different VPN. Got AtlasVPN super cheaply which was great, however, I've been totally let down by it since day one. For a start, if you lose connection to the VPN, the software doesn't alert you in anyway. Unless you are constantly checking the VPN window to make sure you're still connected, you could have gotten disconnected an hour ago and the software won't notify you at all. Furthermore, if you do get disconnected from the VPN, it won't try and reconnect you; it'll just leave you disconnected. Insane that they didn't even implement things as basic as this. This wouldn't be as much of an issue if the VPN was able to hold a stable connection to its servers, but it doesn't. Some days it can be decent, but other times you won't be able to connect to the server you want at all, or if you can, it's gonna boot you off before long. I'd advise anyone looking for a decent new VPN software to avoid Atlas VPN like the plague. It's just bad.

Could not connect to anything at all with this VPN. Requested a refund as all VPNs claim if the customer is not satisfied they will refund. Ignored my request. Total waste of money.
