Absolute rubbish VPN, it worked fine for 4 weeks for streaming UK TV and then ITVX picked it up, now all UK channels have picked up the fact I live in Spain. Their CS is appalling as apparently the streaming is a spin off from the security aspect they sell it for and cannot be taken for granted. They told me to try another server, there are only 2 sites offered in the UK, London & Manchester how many servers they have at each the would not say but as I can only click on one or the other I fail to see how i could try another server. The security site must be in doublt too as Sports Direct asked me if I wanted their Spanish website and so did Next UK. All in all a terrible experience that I will not be repeating. Regarding other websites indicating the wrong location, we would need to check if your connection is not leaking. Atlas are not a genuine company, they may have had a mickey mouse vpn in operation, , then they went on a major advertising campaign to attract new customers for which they have neither the bandwidth nor the quality of equipment to provide service to.

This company is a scam! Don't buy any subscriptions from them. Their service does not work. I have zero internet when their vpn is activated on my devices. PLUS They don't refund!! Instead they try to keep you content with offers that make no sense. I paid with paypaI so I opened a case with PayPal in order to have them help me solve this issue. Atlas VPN now claims that my money is being blocked by PayPal and they cannot make a refund as long as PayPal is involved. Atlas VPN asks me to close my case with PayPal because only then are they able to make a refund. I contacted PayPal and they assure me that atlas vpn is not telling the truth, Atlas VPN can fully refund at any moment! Plus Paypal warned me that if I close my case with PayPal, I cannot reopen this case and PayPal will no longer be able to help me out, if Atlas VPN refuses to pay the refund in the end. And from reading all the reviews here, it is very clear they never issue a refund! ATLAS VPN IS A BIG SCAM!

Do not use this vpn it is impossible to cancel your subscription manually you have to email them and even then they are slow at replying and do not cancel it when they say they do. I requested multiple refunds well within the 30 day money back guarantee and they offered me coupons instead of refunding I am so disappointed tried multiple vpns before this and have never experienced this kind of service. Such a Pain. used it for a month was not satisfied so tried to cancel my subscription I then spent around 3 hours looking up how to do it when it turned out you need to fill out a form and send it to them which I then did and was followed by another couple of emails trying to keep me to stay with them and completely ignoring the form I had sent in. this went on for a week so now I've just been charged another £8 again. Makes you think just how careful you have to be online when companies can just take advantage like this. There are no call numbers and the customer service is horrendous. Highly recommend not bothering with these guys there scam artists.
