Atlas VPNReviews of atlasvpn.com

Anna at the call centre was great, helpful and efficient.

Really good prices and customer service. Was looking forward to use the vpn service. Secure connections and a big server variety to use. Fast and effective live Chat to help your problems. Webster and Monica from customer service tried everything to help me out. Sadly for me, i could not get it working and therefore only 4 stars.

the quickness of response and the patients your tech had and always courteous.

Sam helped. Wanted to talk to Sam, talked to Morgan instead. It was acceptable.

Support was great but unfortunately due to my PC version I am unable to get the VPN working on Win 7 as their minimum requirement was win 10

After running AtlasVPN for several weeks an update was made available but it failed to load correctly. Over a period of several days I worked with the technical support staff to resolve the issue without success. As a testament to their tenacity to solve this problem they persevered with numerous options until they achieved success.

Testing the free version. I am impressed of the speed from Netherland server. I live in Sweden and get 230Mbit of my 250Mbit line. Works very well, haven´t had any connection issues. And the price is awesome for three years. Only, and for me the most important, drawback is that they dont have a Linux app (preferably with a GUI like OVPN) Once AtlasVPN has that I sure will be interested.

Very good VPN, doesnt always work however the customer service is amazing and they try very hard to resolve issues, they have expanded in socials and leave special codes once in a while, the company is great and so is the VPN, would recommend
