I truly felt like I needed the book, "AtlasVPM for Dummies!" I signed up for Atlas VPN, and right away felt lost. Just trying to figure out how to install the app on my Chromebook and I started going nuts. It seems there are never enough instructions for those of us who are seriously tech-challenged. When I started chatting with Sean, I sure didn't know we would be at it for over an hour! I can't tell you technically what we did, but Sean was as patient and courteous as could be. He "held my hand" through every step he gave me to do, and was so patient. Every time I got through one step, I had another question. Sean just kept answering and guiding me along, till we accomplished the setup. When I started to write this, and tried to go back to the chat, I couldn't. I hope you will take this as an honest expression of my extreme satisfaction and pleasure dealing with Sean, to help me get started with Atlas VPN. Unfortunately, I didn't know how, or that I was supposed to, keep documentation to prove my experience. Once I clicked on the link to this site for the review, I could no longer get back to the chat. I am very satisfied and very happy with the help that Sean gave me today. The guidelines for writing a review, however, came too late for me to follow them.

I had issues getting started with Atlas VPN but the customer service folks were very helpful.

Me and my friends misunderstood each other about using Atlas VPN or not and because of that, I purchased a 2 year subscription for around 49.5$ Luckily I contacted live support and immediately got a respond back from a very nice and kind person. When I told him my story, he cancelled my subscription immediately and now I got my money back. Huge thanks to Atlas VPN. The best!

After a long search for a vpn and reading the conflicting reviews, reports and opinions I was a little confused but I was recommeded Atlas. I tried the free version first before upgrading to the Premium and I have to say that I'm very impressed. Installation is a breeze. I just followed the instructions. It is pretty stable and degradation of Up/Down load speeds is @ 4.5% with minimal increased latency which compares very favourably with some other providers. I have one issue and that is that if the vpn drops there is no visible notification. Hopefully this issue can be addressed in the near future.
