A friend installed Atlas VPN on my computer a year ago and I have never used it. I have made many attempts over several months to cancel my subscription but get nowhere with their automated replies. It feels like I am being continuously stolen from! This is one of the many emails I have sent to “support” For several months I have been trying to cancel my subscription. I get nowhere with the automated replies which give me options that are impossible to follow. I have never used this program in the year since a friend installed it on my laptop yet every month I continue to get billed. This is theft being conducted against me. How can I get a living person to assist me! DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY

Beware of this VPN service. There are problems with the information they present on the website. Even the Trustpilot rating is wrong on their site. At the current count, they only offer 18 countries, their DNS leaks, and I could not access all of the streaming services they specify. Additionally, their speeds at best are mediocre, there is no way to choose or change VPN protocols, and their pricing is different depending if you use the mobile or desktop version. I found very few redeeming qualities that would make me choose it, let alone switch from a different service.

Everyone beware of the atlas vpn. Even after paying the money, they still did not upgrade my account from basic to premium. Also there is no proper custome care to contact, incase you lose your money.

Last month I subscribed and activated the free trial of Atlas VPN and also I cancelled the subscription before my free trial gets expired but today they charged me Rs.849 INR even though I cancelled my subscription. I have complete proof of that. Guyz, please be aware, your money will get deducted automatically always, It doesn't matter you are a subscribed or unsubscribed user!!! Beware of this frauds!!! #REFUND MY AMOUNT Update: I got a reply from atlasvpn support team stating that contact apple support team for the refund. What a madness is this?? My money taken by Atlas VPN but they asking me to contact apple support team. Even though I was contact apple but they refused my refund as expected!! So now, where is my refund??? @All, pls think thrice before you purchase this app. Don't get trap by the scammers.!!! I got a reply from 'support at atlasvpn dot com' seems to be FAKE address because their was no Proper response and the email seems completely fake. Update 2: Again I received useless reply from them along with link stating that contact apple directly for your refund? What a ****** joke! I tried but again apple refused my payment!! Conclusion: I lost my money coz of trusted Atlas VPN app but eventually I was cheated by them! So guyz, think 100 times before purchase this ATLASVPN FAKE APP!!!

Very disappointed. Blurs says 100%free but asks for 9.99 monthly as soon as installed. Ruthless shameful approach hence one star and will uninstall app immediately
