I send 4 emails to support and they didn't reply. I asked to cancel my subscription but they don't care. They just took my money.

Extremely difficult to cancel
Extremely difficult to cancel, see their response below, note they require 2 obscure numbers to cancel, they have never sent me an “order id” and provide no instructions on where it is
Thank you for contacting us.
Would it be possible to ask why do you wish to cancel your subscription? Have you faced any issues in particular?
Also, could you send us your order ID and your AtlasVPN account user ID?
To locate your account user ID please open your AtlasVPN application > Click on the gear icon below > Select Help option > Select "View User ID".

Nightmare - Do not install in Windows 10
The Atlas VPN program messes up with my Internet connection in a brand-new laptop with Windows 10.
It works fine in my iPad though.
As soon as I installed the Atlas VPN application, my Internet stopped working. It was a nightmare to troubleshoot and find the root of the problem, since at the beginning I had no clue which program was causing the problem.
I don't think that Atlas VPN is optimised for Windows 10.
A big issue is the Kill Switch feature. You can disable it, but this is a feature that disconnects your device from the Internet to ensure your privacy remains intact until your VPN connection is restored.
Another big issue is that the application doesn't kick in when you start your computer even if you have configured it to be in the start programs. So, you have to manually open. Until you don't open it, you won't have any Internet access. To make thinks even worse, at some stage the application didn't open for me when clicking on the task bar icon or try to open it from programs or via the .exe file in Windows File Explorer.
When I have contacted their customer support, they have got back to me straightaway, but it's so difficult to troubleshoot the whole thing that the process to get your Internet back can take a few days if you don't have much time to sit in front of your computer and send them log files, screenshots of the error messages and events, Google the Internet on potential solutions (with another device, of course, since your Internet is gone in the affected laptop), etc.
At some stage I got an error message on the application being supported in Windows 10 only, which is funny because that's what I have, Windows 10 Home 21H1.
I have used other VPN programs at home and work, and they worked fine. For example, ExpressVPN, the Avast SecureLine VPN and GlobalProtect by Palo Alto Inc.
Never has a program caused me so much headache and frustration as Atlas VPN.
By the way, when I have asked them to get a refund, they have not even answered, so it feels I'm stuck with a program for 3 years, which was the contract timeline I chose when I paid.

Terrible VPN software, terrible service
The VPN was software was terrible. It made a huge mess of my system. It took me hours to fix the damage it did. When I requested a refund under their 30 day guarantee, they did not respond. I have since sent more email and I doubt they will refund without further legal action. DO NOT USE THEIR SOFTWARE, AND DO NOT GIVE THEM MONEY

ZERO QUALITY CUSTOMER SERVICE !!
I purchased their 3 year deal last week and I regret it. I paid and expected a link or pass-code to be emailed to me. Nothing arrived. Sent multiple messages to their support desk and even left a message on their Facebook page. Zero response.
Truly appalling customer service. I cannot use the service so I can't even rate it as a product, but to get NO RESPONSE as a new customer who just needs the ability to create a new account and use a service they have paid £36 for is very very poor.
Update: Still no response 1 week later. had to claim via paypal for a refund... VERY POOR

Unbelievably bad
Unbelievably bad.
The connection speeds are appalling. It's like downgrading your PC from a 2020 Intel Core i7 chipset to a 2010 Intel Core i3. S-l-o-w, really slow. How much of your life do you want to waste waiting for Atlas to download a straightforward news page?
But that was just the first time. Then I restarted my PC and got this..
A weird Atlas security that demands you log into 'Windows security' before it will work. Except it doesn't recognise my Windows log in pin, nor my windows username, so instead simply locks me out of the internet rendering my PC useless.
The only solution is to uninstall Atlas VPN, which is what I did.
Atlas are new to market and its clear they have neither properly product tested not done their market homework before launch. Users don't want to log in before a VPN works, and even if they did, they'd expect the log in to be recognisable and to work.
And no one wants a SLOW VPN. No one.
Atlas looked like a saving, but it isn't. It's a waste of money.
