Please do not use this company. I received someone else’s belongings and some of my boxes were missing as well as some goods damaged. They take their time responding. When you call it goes straight to voice mail. Please read your contract because they hire “sister companies “ and my experience was not good. To this date the only response that I have received since finally being able to submit my claim was that , I would be receiving $0.00 dollars for my missing items. I did forget to submit the pictures. They still haven’t addressed the problem with me receiving someone else’s goods! This is atrocious!!! Do not use them. I paid $8,000.00 for my move and I did not get my moneys worth. They will stay in touch until they get your money. Frustrated!!
