Good, Great, and possibly Excellent. The customer service has been good and helpful, and responsive. Especially one of your agents over the phone. The fact that four of my debt accounts are about to be settled and paid off is absolutely great. Once these are actually paid, I will then happily give this a 5-star review.

Been a part of the program for almost 3 months. So far things are moving along but always hoping for a quicker pace for my account. After all my case is the one I care about. Hopefully I will hear more soon

So far they've done the things they said they would do. Keeping me informed in the process of helping me get my finances in better shape.
