Atlas Debt ReliefReviews of atlasdebtrelief.com

Atlas did not honor their word. They let me pay in for 7 months and never settled anything. Now I am stuck with a credit score almost 200 points lower than when I started. Big mistake. Steer clear of Atlas. They are bogus.

We were told we could cancel at anytime so we were with them about a year and a half. We called to cancel and did they told us we had money to be refunded because they had not settled our debt when we call back to get it they said they were keeping it. So we were shot out of $1400.00. Bad company did deal with them.

As with all COMPANYS know their is zero CUSTOMER service it's not so easy for the old people can't see well not to Tec smart once the sellsmen makes the sell never again can you talk ask questions or get help I have no idea if anything is happening on my case I 've sent other tex they go no were if some one can't help me I'll be forced to does something eles. RexShettlesworth 530 990 3360. They should be working on two card amounts please .

You negotiated a good settlement on one of my credit card accounts, but are charging me such a high settlement fee that I only end up saving a few hundred dollars overall. And my credit rating has been tanked as a result of not paying my card payments while working with you. I'd give a rating of zero stars if that were an option.

I’ve been with Atlas Debt relief since October 2022. I’m in a much worse place now than I was . You’re better off just paying your debt down slowly then letting these guys just tank your credit score. I’ve been trying to deal with them for months. They don’t have a chat service for clients that works. They have 30 minute to hour long hoops where they tell you they’re taking care of your issue but nothing gets done. I’ve Been trying to close my account with them for months with no response. If you email them an issue they tell you to call. The whole process starts over again. I’m still waiting for my account to close. A process I started in January.

Worst experience of my life. I initially signed up to get help because I was in pretty bad debt. A representative Brian contacted me and explained it to me and I wasn’t 100% on board but I did need help so I signed up. After a few months their partner loan Versara Lending reached out and said I could take a loan from them to help settle all my cards. NOW I pay $700 a month! And out of the $700 they only put $200 towards the principal loan and they keep the rest on interest!!!! Such a scam. I am in a worst situation now then I was before. Please please please do your research before signing up for a relief program. I do not recommend doing it. I went from a 780 credit score to now 560. My stomach turns everytime I think of this and am disappointed in myself for agreeing to it in the first place.

I've accepted settlement offers but I am still receiving emails that I need to accept the offer??? Many emails 2 or 3 a day saying the same thing. Please check your email.

Scam!. Monthly draft amount was collected for almost 7 months but not even single correspondence done with my creditors. When i removed all the debt creditors from account as there is not even single progress they have cancelled the account automatically and initiated the refund. But they are holding some retainer fees without my consent or informed to me in any format. So now my time wasted, credit score went down too low and lost money (unnecessary fees per month without informing me). Because of this, i am declaring this company as Scam. Instead of trusting this company please deal with your creditors and they will help you several options for settlement and I did the same.
