I have been a client of Atlas Debt Relief sense August of 2023, I am still getting calls from my creditors every day! I’m still getting statements every month, and documents stating that accounts are going to be “charged off” or sent to collection agencies! So needless to say I’m not really happy with Atlas Debt Relief so far.

As soon as my creditors stop contacting me for payment I'll give atlas a great review

im not even sure if yall have reached to some of my debts , because if you had i would not be receiving letters of 15- 35% discounts and nasty letters telling how they are sending my account to debt collectors

I don’t like that I can not communicate by email. Constantly being told I have to call. I don’t have time to sit on the phone. I need communication by email!!

I received at least 5 emails asking me for the same approval! Approved it each time but they kept coming.

People need to know that this is a process that can take years for an outcome and their credit will be affected for the entire time. Atlas did not work on contacting my creditors and work for a fast relief. The majority of accounts were going to collections. Still to this day, after 7 months of working with Atlas certain creditors have not been contacted and continue to have negative I'ma t on my credit. When signing up I was told it would be a fast process and would take no more than 6 months for all accounts to be completed. Then I find out it can take years. Gain people's trust then they change the information after all the paperwork is complete. If people can get a loan and pay off everything l, do that instead and don't have people sign up for this type of program.
