I would give zero stars. No I would give a negative 5 stars!!! I attempted to close my account after a week of having it. But atlas kept hounding me over a handful of ways to try to get me to not delete my account. Which is annoying and disrespectful. I don't want free point, a free monthly subscription nor do I want to wait for my account to close until they call me trying to convince me to stay. If I go to delete that means delete my information. It is a disgusting tactic in trying to pressure someone to stay while clutching onto their information. Then they proceeded to state that my credit will drop hard when I don't even owe anything. So they lied to my face. Didn't delete my account when I told them and hounded me with free promotions to get me to stay. That is a very disgusting business that has no respect for anyone other than themselves.

Some of the worst service I have ever had to deal with. Just wanted to help raise my credit score and well everything just went to strait to hell from the beginning. They sign me up for annual pay and locked me out of my account on just the third day. I told them I didn't want to pay in full they never changed me back. I was locked out for 2 weeks and by the time I get back on they charging my other account $20 for no reason at all. My payment wasn't due till the 1st of May. Now they don't want to pay any of my money back and my other account is frozen. Thanks a lot

I wouldn't recommend this people, they are very unprofessional. I guess they needed the staff and they got this employee off streets. They ghetto they call you three to four times ,even when you had just spoken to them . They go harrassel you home as well . I recorded their conversation and had to make police report. I never taught I would have to come to this estream. I had to call main office to stop all this harassment. I would understand if I was behind for months but it was not even due yet . Horrible place you all need to get professional staff and give them training.

A Ghetto unprofessional waste of time and consumer data privacy. Don't risk leaving your information with these individuals with no executive titles or names behind their platforms. All you hear is noise & gossip and lazy rude workers who never answer the phones saying their systems were shut down. They really need to be out of business for good in the Virginia area they have no scrutiny or professional values.

I applied for a loan with a preapproval through your online platform and received a preapproval for $300. However, I was later notified that my loan was denied due to a late car payment. I found this decision to be abrupt and unjust, considering the preapproval I initially received. When I called to inquire further about the reasons for the denial, I was treated unprofessionally by your staff. Edith Maldonado hung up on me when I asked her what her title was, and Claudia at the local store refused to disclose any additional reasons for the loan denial. Moreover, I did not receive a formal notice of denial as required by law. This experience has left me feeling frustrated and disrespected. I believe these actions are in violation of the Equal Credit Opportunity Act (ECOA) and potentially other regulatory laws in Texas, including but not limited to: 1. Failure to Provide Written Notice of Denial: According to the ECOA, lenders are required to provide a written notice of denial, including the specific reasons for the denial. 2. Lack of Transparency: Under Texas law, financial institutions are required to provide clear and complete information regarding the reasons for loan denial. 3. Unprofessional Conduct: The treatment I received from Edith Maldonado and Claudia was unprofessional and falls below the standard of customer service expected in financial services. I request an immediate review of my loan application and a detailed explanation for the denial. Additionally, I demand that appropriate actions be taken against the employees involved in this incident and that Atlas Credit ensures such behavior does not recur in the future. Please acknowledge receipt of this complaint within 7 business days and provide a response addressing my concerns within 30 days. If I do not receive a satisfactory response, I will be filing a formal complaint with the Texas Attorney General’s office.
