Same as everyone else, they sent the link but no actual book. I sent many texts and complaints to paypal and I am getting a refund. I told them to still look into this company. At first paypal denied the claim but then I spoke to them and they agreed. Don't give up.

This company is a complete SCAM. They sent a link to a digital PDF book but said I could read this while I waited for the physical books to arrive. NEVER do business with this company. They are frauds. Complete deception and false advertising.

Was NEVER told it was a Digital Copy only I ordered as a gift for my Grand Daughter who does not have devices When I complained the response was Bad Luck So angry as I payed more for Shipping to Australia and with Exchange rate I really got Shafted

⭐ 1 star — only because I can’t give 0! I have been scammed by this company too. I received an email saying, “Your books have been shipped, but in the meantime enjoy your e-copy.” Based on this, I understood that the physical books had been sent and were on their way. However, the hard copies never arrived, and I now believe the company had no intention of sending them. I opened a dispute with PayPal, but they closed the dispute, saying I lost, because their records showed that I had received the items. I immediately phoned PayPal, explained the situation and read them the original email confirming that the books had supposedly been shipped. I made it very clear that I had not received the physical books. PayPal eventually provided me with a goodwill voucher, which I appreciated. I also strongly urged PayPal to reconsider dealing with this seller. If you have paid this company through PayPal and haven't received your physical books, please don't give up. Open a dispute and, if necessary, phone PayPal and speak to someone directly. Make sure you keep all emails and evidence showing what you were promised. Although it was only AU $30.00 its the principle. I wonder how much money they have made out of this scam. Do NOT deal with this company.

Unfortunately I’m in the same boat as everyone who commented and reviewed this company … NO PHYSICAL BOOKS WILL ARRIVE !!! only digital copies which are of no use … yep ! Got SCAMMED !! This company needs to be reported and disbanded. Doh ! Should’ve read the reviews first

Scammers !!! No physical booke like I ordered. Just the digital version. When emailed I just got the same generic response. I’m calling my cc company to address this. I got scammed like the rest of everyone on here. Someone said they got retaliatory when wanting money back but f$€! em.!!

They are scammer!!! I been waiting on hard books now for over a month. Come to find out it was a scam to get people money. I read reviews after giving away my money and still NO BOOKS. I emailed and they just send the same email to you. They business needs to be reported
