Atlantic TacticalReviews of atlantictactical.com

Do not use this company. Charged me for an item, never shipped, never sent any updates of any kind, and will not refund me. They are claiming now that their "system is down" and they can't see my order and can't refund me until it's back up, but they have no idea when it will be up. This is not a legitmate company.

I ordered some boots online on November thinking they were in stock, since the site didn't say otherwise. When they didn't arrive I found out via a phone call that had to made during hours M-F 9-5 that they would be shipped in January. Here I am in February, with no boots an a charge on my credit card.

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!! I waited ONE month for ONE shirt to get shipped. Customer service is horrible. Called TWICE just to be told it would be shipped eventually and finally it was shipped coincidentally right before I called. When asked why it took so long I was given the run around. No apology was given. Customer service did not even have tracking numbers. So disorganized… All in all DONT SHOP HERE. I live near Chicago and could have driven to their store, bought it, driven to a vacation spot, enjoyed it, and could have returned it before they shipped it. I can only imagine how long I will wait for delivery smh All in all Amazon is better all over

Believe the reviews....finally told them to cancel my order after three weeks of them telling me it would ship in a couple of days....I would rather pay more than deal with Atlantic Tactical... Never again

FRAUDULENT OPERATION! DO NOT USE these f*ckin A**holes. No one answers the phone. Apparently they're offering ammo that is NOT in stock

Beware Atlantic Tactical. I placed an online order with Atlantic Tactical for some items, a couple of weeks later I received a partial (1 item) shipment of my order. I called to make sure that I had not messed up on my side and was told the other item on “back order” and would be in “sometime” end of next month. All items I ordered were shown in stock when I ordered them. I think it is very sneaky to accept orders for items that you do not have in stock AND charge my credit card for. The BONUS is that the item they did ship is useless with other the other item (they go together). I’m told that if I return the “useless” item they will not refund the shipping cost of $12.99 (on a $43.19 item, shipped USPS GROUND). IMO this is a dishonest business practice and Atlantic Tactical show be ashamed to treat their customers this way. I will not be treated this way and therefore will never be a repeat customer. Please don’t support businesses like Atlantic Tactical, they need to be put out of business so “good” companies can replace them.

Ignore website and ammo that's listed as available... They're selling ammo that's back ordered... Taking too may orders for the supply that they have on hand. If you cancel due to the "approximate date of delivery" it will take a while to get your refund. Ive been waiting 5 days for my refund and still waiting. I know these are tough times for many business's. However, taking orders and customers money for items "ammo" that's not really in their current inventory with the hopes of not cancelling is BAD Business... Either call for current inventory and then place your order or be ready to WAIT... I will call my bank for resolution in a two more days if the credit doesn't show up. A week to issue my credit is more than enough time. USE CAUTION!

Ordered a muzzle device in May 2020 and credit card was charged. A few days later, I receive an email stating it was not in stock and would be 4-6 weeks. It is 4 months later and still no device, just another email informing me that it will be another month. I do not trust these guys and have asked to have the order cancelled and money returned. If no response, I’ll call the credit card company and work through them. It is sad to see a business fail, but that’s where these guys are headed.
