I would NEVER order medical supplies from this company again! They gave me a Friday delivery date WHEN I ORDERED, but there was NO DELIVERY on Friday. I did get an email at 7:00pm saying delivery would be MONDAY NIGHT. Their answer to my complaint “we take the order but have no responsibility in the delivery”, If you NEED medical supplies look at companies that are more concerned about their clients health.

In February, 2025, I paid At Home Medical/Access Medical, Palm Desert, California, $8,055 for two recliner chairs. Delivery was promised in 3 months. After 4 months, I began calling wanting to know when I would have the chairs. I talked with Molly many times, and finally she said I should talk with Ali. I called Ali many times without a returned call. Finally on October 30th, I called Golden Tech, the manufacturer. I talked with Barbara, who informed me that that Gladys would call me back. On October 31st, Ali called to say I would have the chairs by the end of November. I asked her when the chairs were actually ordered and she said “in August”. I called golden Tech back and was informed the chairs were actually order on October 30th. At Home/Access had my money for 8 months and I might never have received the chairs if I had not called the manufacturer!
