Bought a pair of APLs in April for $315. By July the heel rubber was separating. Customer service's answer: a 15% coupon, so I can pay full price again and hope the next pair holds up. They refused an exchange as past the 30-day warranty and said they 'can't determine normal wear from a manufacturing concern.' Normal wear, after three months, on $315 shoes. Impressive quality control.

I have ordered 7 pairs over the past 5-6 years I ordered another pair last week it was confirmed but later it was unilaterally cancelled with no explanation customer service. Matthew in customer service at first was very helpful I again tried to place the order but after accepting my 50$ coupon upon checkout the coupon credit disappeared. I decided enough is enough after no longer any response from apl and am switching to on cloud couldn’t be happier.

I’ve never even heard of this brand and have no need for their products. They just started randomly emailing me out of nowhere. I suspect they buy lists of email addresses from somewhere because the amount of spam I’ve been getting lately is ungodly.

Appalling customer service. They simply don’t respond to their help email address, but have no problems sending out more promotions via the same help email address.
