TIME TO END THIS SHOPPING RELATIONSHIP
Athleta is getting worse and worse by the day. The issues with their MOST UNRELIABLE SHIPPING AND RECEIVING OF MERC ON TIME has reached epic proportions. They have an assine policy that does not allow a customer to cancel an order that they can clearly see is never going to arrive or arrive so late the merch isnt useful any longer! They make you wait for the date of sched delivery that constantly gets pushed back & back. Then you have to fill out a form for a claim. This POOR, UNACCEPTABLE service has been going on for a very long time now! They make no effort to improve their shipping issues!! I have referred so many of my running friends to Athleta and that has stopped. I now spread the word how unreliable the shipping is and how unresponsive they are to customer's issues. My shopping relationship with Athleta is going to have to end. I have purchased hundreds and hundreds of tights and sportswear from them for years & years and will now have to find another vendor. I highly recommend YOU DON'T ORDER FROM ATLETA.COM & EXPECT TO RECV YOUR MERCH IN A REASONABLE TIMEFRAME! IF Amazon can deliver a freaking bed to a customer same day, ATHLETA should be able to handle 2 day shipping for its customers,for a tiny pair of shorts! Good riddance.
