A seemingly impressive company that ultimately failed to get the job done. After 2 rate locks and 3 months of hounding them to provide updates they finally made some effort to close the file 3 days before the lock ended. I've got an 824 credit score on Experian and the mortgage represents less than 5% of my gross income. I'm self employed and they kept using that as a reason why underwriting was dragging their feet, but the real reason we didn't close is that they never ordered an appraisal. The rates are awesome if you can get it. Hope your experience is better than mine. Dozens of hours lost, about 10 letters of explanation for items like properties I sold 5 years ago, or why I'm not getting income from a company I've never heard of (AI glitched while reading my tax return) and nothing to show for it.

Thank you for the honest feedback — we're sorry it's felt this way. We've reached out directly and we're heads-down on getting your file closed. We appreciate your patience and the chance to make this right.
