Hi Mel it was my pleasure! Glad you liked them and thanks for spreading the word! Oh and of course thank you for your 5 star review!

We are not surprised but we did want to thank you for your 5 star review! You should checkout the new Mana Mangrove shoes. Made in the USA with the same great technology.

Sorry about the confusion but nowhere on our website do we say we have wide width shoes so I don't know why you would think that. You also purchased a warehouse deal where our website states all sales are final. I went ahead anyways and allowed you to send them back but that you would need to pay shipping. I don't know why you feel because of this we deserve a 1 star rating.

We are not getting those particular insoles back into stock. We actually don't carry a -3 but we do have a -4 and a +3 which are you needing and what size?

Hi Rick we hope you do try the new shoes. The new style will be made in the US and will still have the same great technology we have patented. Check back to the website but if your on the email list you will be notified when they arrive.
