Thank you for your time and for the opportunity to test the hosting. I would have liked to write a better review, but unfortunately the experience was not good enough to give more stars. 1. Technical Issues and Long Waiting Times: Between February 17 and April 15, we often had long loading times—sometimes up to 15 minutes just to get onto the server. Additionally, we repeatedly encountered an error message: "Internal Exception: java.net.SocketException: Connection reset". I am certain the issue was not with our internet connection, as other servers were running smoothly during this time. 2. Missing Download Option for Backups: I do not understand why it is possible to download worlds but not backups. Since worlds and backups can theoretically be similar in size, it would be very important for us as users to also be able to save the backups. This would give us full control over our data. 3. Suggestion for the Download Function: A possible solution would be to link backups directly to the user's Google Drive account. This way, backups could be easily downloaded without having to be made publicly accessible. That would be a huge improvement in user-friendliness. 4. Switch to a New Provider: We switched providers on April 15. Since then, the servers have been running without the described problems and everything works flawlessly. This shows that the difficulties were not on our end, but rather related to the server's performance.

For a free host its great, you can download any version and plugins, you cannot upload items which is a downside, but you can recommend what you want to see in the plugins section, you can also Advertise you Server is their Discord.

Upside: free Downside: no ability to transfer an existing server to Aternos. This is the real dealbreaker that makes me not use this service. Not making a Minecraft server I guess.

Aternos antes era la raja, te dejaba meterle los mods. Pero ahora no sirve ni pa' calentar el pan. Le sacaron la mejor parte: poder subir tus propios mods. ¿Y qué queda? Un servidor más inútil que una patada en la raja. No podí’ hacer nada sin tener que rogarle al sistema. Terrible penca. Prefiero jugar con tierra que seguir confiando en esta wea. ¿Servidor pa' mods? Ya ni a eso llega. muestran más anuncios que una teleserie mala, como si te cobraran hasta por mover la raja. Instalar mods personalizados? Nica. Tener libertad pa armar tu mundo? Menos. Pa eso mejor juego con legos

It's free! why are people complaining? if you want the features then USE A PAID HOST! Like Jesus christ on a motorbike, do not listen to any of the reviews under 4 stars! Yes the host may sometimes stutter with INTENSIVE modpacks but if you are looking for a server for a 2 week phase then just use aternos!

Honestamente me va de momento bien,desconozco aún siendo servicio gratuito hay demanda para otras ofertas como aumentar la RAM de velocidad por poner un ejemplo, lo que no se es como poner "mostrar coordenadas" aún así siendo admin desde el panel de control de aternos. He de decir que todavía no he curioseado del todo pero de momento todo estupendo.

Po kilku miesiącach braku aktywacji serwera, kiedy chciałem uruchomić Aternos pokazał błąd, że usunęli mój serwer.
