Disappointed but so far so good
I placed the order on 22 May 2026 and it arrived on 11 June 2026 = 20 days. The promise and sales pitch is that the roller is made of ROSE QUARTZ! Unfortunately all 3 of my rollers are just plastics ( Rose Quartz has a pink hue and usually has variable colouration throughout). There is also a seam that shows where two halves have been adhered together. Having said that, the rollerball moves well and is smooth. The oil itself is lightweight and absorbent with a very light beautiful scent that comes from the Horsechestnut, I believe. I usually react to most products that I apply to my face but so far all that I have seen is my face looking more moisturized and full. The “chicken neck” has improved AND that is ONLY with 3 APPLICATIONS!! So though I really despise false claims, the OIL itself is GREAT!!
