Tiffany, I am sorry you had issues with your research. We had communicated via email, and we offered to refund for the unused vials. All of our batchs are third-party tested by two labs with endotoxin testing for heavy metals & bacteria. We verify atleast 3 vials from each batch at random to ensure consistency, purity, quality, and safety for research use. I know you were very happy with our response and were awaiting confirmation on the vials to refund. I know the issue was resolved properly and you were happy, so if you get a chance please edit this review if the resolution was something you were happy with!
