They bill me annually without a miss on my term policy. For the past two years, they have sent me letters containing a "800" number to call about rolling it into another product such as whole life. The problem is, the 800 number is apparently no good as I've called it dozens of times and it does not connect to anyone. Snail mail communication goes unanswered. So I gave them a 3 as mediocre seems to be the standard everywhere these days and they are definitely mediocre.
