I have been a member of ASSPIG for several years. There have been occasions where I've cancelled my membership only because I wasn't meeting anyone; not because of any technical difficulty with the site. When I have had difficulty, I found tech support to be very responsive. In signing up, it is important to wait until you receive a final VERIFICATION email. If you do not, that is when problems will arise. Also, I suggest using the free version for awhile to get familiar with how it works BEFORE jumping to the paid version.
