Yeah just leaving this remote view…pissed off
Yeah just leaving this remote view hoping you get it the last two checks I sent me of both bounced and I've done been charging extra $35 non-sufficient fund on both of them and the bank it took the money back for both of them so someone needs to call me.

this company ripped me off big time
this company ripped me off big time. I sent fifteen boxes of Accu Chek 50 count and they sent me a check for $29.00. When I called them they said they were sending me a check but they wouldn't say how much. The person that answers the phone is a total idiot. I will never do business with them again. Reminds me of doing business with gypsies

I mailed strips several times with over…
I mailed strips several times with over a year out from expire date and within the guidelines asked and your company ONLY kept them didn't pay for them at all I have a co-pay on them and I'm on a very limited income. they were NOT mail order or anything. I don't appreciate theft

Hi Mark, thanks for giving us an opportunity to address your concern. Our records show that you have only sent in your test strips to us one time. We received your products on October 30th in 2020. You sent in 10 products in total and we paid you for each products exactly as it is listed on our website. Your check was mailed the same day we received your supplies. We actually sent you an email on December 2nd letting you know that your check had not been cashed and that if you had not received it to contact us and we would reissue your payment. Our records show your check was then cashed the next day, December 3rd :) If you would please call us directly 888-310-3020 so we could further discuss why you gave us a 1 star review.

Poor customer service and advertising…
Poor customer service and advertising is not what it means. U said new customers could get $25 per box I got $11 I will stick with the company I dealt with b4 which I thought was u guys but I made a Big Mistake
