Good customer service

I was very frustrated with this company however Maria from assist diabetics called me. We talked through my frustrations and to my surprise she is trying to correct an error. Maria told me they do price matching and is sending me the difference. She explained the check is mailed in regular mail and sometimes it takes longer to get check than it does the new kit. I thanked Maria for making my experience better for her company. Because of this I will continue to send my extra supplies to assist diabetics.

Quick response and turn around time

Maria did a great job making sure to get my address change correct. Even volunteered to send new box out without my using to ask.

Well I have had nothing but good things to say about Assistant Diabetics! Have never had an issue until now ! Idk what happened to my payment? I have reached out to them and they have reached out to me about it ! So if you have extra strips they are where you need to send them too ! Have A Great Day 😎

Not any real issues with the service issues or the receiving of the check or the return shipping box .However I just the price being paid for brand new strips is about 25% of their value.

Tiffany was very knowledgeable and very informative. She has great customer service. She listened to my concerns and addressed them immediately.
