No confirmation of receipt of package. When I called the representative to inquire about receipt of my package the representative answered in Spanish and continued speaking in Spanish despite we continually stating that I Don't speak Spanish.

The past two times I have sent my strips in my name has been spelled wrong or they had put my married name on it. I Changed my name on the label. But all in all its great service. Thank you Elizabeth Johns

Prices fluctuate, at will with no prior notice....there are several companies doing this service now...I thought helping the Red Cross would make better use of unused and much needed products...the two times I called, I was received in a rude and almost hostile manner....people skill training would help your organization...some of us see a need...an opportunity...although totally legal, and personally, I feel I am answering a call....the money from the sales gets returned to needy and ill people that fell through the cracks....your service is prompt and emails promptly of their intent. Very quick and efficient receipt of payment. Check I received was less than expected though because the actual prices were different than the price list I had.
