Thank you for giving us this valuable feedback. We are sorry we did not meet your expectations. We try very hard to set your expectations correctly. We never want someone to send in their supplies and expect something different than what they are paid. We try to accomplish this by publishing our price list on our website and including it in the mail kit we send. Clearly there is room for improvement on our side. Thank you for bringing this to our attention and giving us an opportunity to address you issue. First, we want to say thank you. You have used our service four times now and have been paid over $300, we really appreciate your support! :) Unfortunately, it appears the last box of supplies you sent in contained a couple open and expired boxes of test strips. While it is understandable that you assumed we were trying to rip you off but we have no motivation to make any customer unhappy. You satisfaction is paramount to our success and reputation. As you are aware we have returned all of your products. We would love for you to use our service in the future and if you do please make sure to photograph everything you send in, including the expiration dates.

Thank you for giving us an opportunity to respond your to your issue. We have tried to call you numerous times and left you several voicemails. First off, I am sorry you were not aware that we price match any competitor's advertised price. While we are unaware of who you sent your supplies to, however, if they publish a price list we will definitely match. Our manager has approved a customer satisfaction credit to match what you were paid by a competitor. We try very hard to offer the most reliable service for diabetics to sell their unused supplies. We also take personal responsibility for not setting your expectations correctly. We are very sorry to have not met your expectations. Your customer satisfaction check (#446087) was sent to the address we have on file on 10/3. Please call us if it does not arrive soon 888-310-3020. Please keep in mind that every product we buy gets distributed to another diabetic in need of low cost testing supplies and we without a doubt appreciate your support :)

Duane, we appreciate you giving us the opportunity to address your issue. What you have been told is correct. Your check (#437898) for $120 was mailed on 8/31. While most people receive their check in 3-7 days it can take longer depending on the postal service. The postal service was also closed on Monday because of Labor Day. As of writing this I see that today is only the 5th day the check has actually been in transit. We owe you that money and the transaction is not complete until you are paid and satisfied. At any time we can issue a stop payment and reissue your check, however you will have to wait for it to be mailed again. Please try to stay patient your payment is definitely on its way :) Please read the other reviews on TrustPilot, we strive to provide the best possible customer service experience. Please consider revising our rating after you have been paid and satisfied.

Thank you for giving us the ability address your concerns. Also, please apologize for the delayed response. As of writing this I see that you have received and cashed your replacement check. It appears your first check was that was mailed on 11/29/2021 (Cyber Monday) was ultimately lost in the mail. It is only our responsibility to make sure our service operates effectively year round. Every holiday season we experience delays and issues with the mail service. Please accept our sincerest apologies for your delayed payment. I am happy to see that your replacement check made it to you quickly and was cashed within 6 days of us mailing it to you. Please contact us if you have any issues in the future. Happy New Year :)
