Every time I send Assist Diabetics brand new, unopened, not expired boxes of test strips, they only pay for maybe 30% of what I sent. They refuse to ship back the “unacceptable” boxes of test strips stating that the boxes sticker, which is our heath insurance info., damaged the box. This is completely untrue. I’ve followed their directions, they ONLY WANT to pay for maybe 30% of what is actually sent to them. I’ve videoed and taken pictures of shipments before mailing trst strips to them, but they still only pay for maybe 30% of what I ship to them. And then Refused to mail back unacceptable test strips then I did not get paid for. This company is a sham. Buyer beware!!

Requested kit never received

As the cost of medicine continues to increase, yet DA has dropped the prices they pay.

I think y'all need to pay more because my test strips didn't expire until 2020 and that sure count for more money just saying.

The reason for the 2 stars first 2 times I used your company I was paid promptly the third time I sent in test strips I received no money no return of test strips and was robbed of 270.00. You want a good review send me my money. Bad customer service

I received a check for my strips, put it into my account, and the check bounced. I emailed assist diabetics, the person responded saying there was a problem with someone trying to cash checks. They apologized saying a new check would be sent out plus the fees for my bank. After a week, I called in and the woman said that nothing was reported, and that they had no problem at the time the check was returned. She made it seem like I was lying, she had me fax over the returned check copy and the statement from my bank for the fees, it still took another 2 weeks for a check...VERY ANGRY

Not as fast as other companies in paying also don’t pay as much as some others. So I switched and won’t look back until things change especially the amount you pay.

Not a scam but pay less then other groups
