Everything was just as described as from the website, the order things process, very easy instructions to follow and Assist Diabetics literally provided everything you need to send back your test strips. Very easy to work with and check for supplies came quicker than expected. Awesome work!!!

I’ve worked with Assist diabetics a few times now and they have always been prompt with their payment and very easy to work with. First they send you a paperwork that shows you a picture including a written description with price list of the items they want and even send you a prepaid box with a tracking number for you to send the items to them. (Tip; if you intend to track the package either write down the tracking number or better yet ask for a receipt and it will be on it!) All you have to do is load up the box, put in some padding if necessary (like newspaper, etc.) and bring it to the Post Office. Heck, since my UPS is closer, I just drop it off with them and they have the P.O. pick it up there! (Check with your local UPS first before going but I’m pretty sure they all do it.) Also in the beginning, I had some questions so I emailed them and a very nice lady emailed me back right away and answered all my questions! So give them a try! Stay healthy and safe!
