I only one ONE problem in particular. I send in a LOT of test strips all originally came with pharmacy directions and in MY name. When I received my check they deducted $15 for one box because the "box was partially ripped." I am obviously a bit hesitant dealing with someone way across the country from me, so I took the pharmacy label off, but the box was still intact. It was obvious that it was not tampered with but they didn't pay me it! I'm sure they didn't throw it away and did resell it...so that is my gripe.

I love Assists Diabetics. I just wish they accepted more products. I also hate that they changed the amounts for the strips. Other than that everything is ok.

Quick and easy got check within a week of sending in strips. One thing I did not realize was that one of the boxes was expiring in 3 months. Was not told about boxes being close to expiring were not going to be not compensated for. Was only told about expired boxes.
